Maria, a former professional matchmaker, has leveraged her passion for creating connections to facilitate successful relationships and marriages throughout the United States. In addition, she was the President and lead dance coach for MAC Steppers, LLC  for six years and Vice President of Stylistic Steppers, LLC, for nine years, utilizing dance as a means to transform people's lives. Maria developed a dance training module for a diverse group of middle school students enrolled in the Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation Out of School Programs. Remarkably, the module was approved within 24 hours of submission, a first-time achievement for a new vending company in PB County. The program was awarded nine contracts and received the highest scores possible under Maria's exceptional leadership.

Maria is an event producer and hosts a series of women's empowerment interactive group seminars affectionately called "The Ladies' Day Out Experience." She has also been responsible for The MAC Steppers Weekend Experience and the Black & Red Affair, annual dance events that cater to hundreds of dancers from around the country.

Maria is a bonafide people person, a native of Chester, Pennsylvania, and has lived in South Florida for the past 30 years. She is a proud mother of two and a glam-mother of five. Maria received her certification from the Wainwright Global Institute of Professional Coaching in May of 2011, solidifying her position as a leader in the personal development industry.
